Position Overview
Responsibilities - Oversee import/export documentation and operations across APAC markets.
- Manage relationships with customs brokers, vendors, and trade associations.
- Develop and maintain trade policies, SOPs, and audit programs.
- Monitor compliance with trade regulations and duty/tax reimbursements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, retail, production) to resolve trade-related issues.
- Support trade preference programs and cost‑saving initiatives.
- Lead implementation and maintenance of trade management platforms.
- Analyse trade data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide training and guidance on trade operations across the organisation.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
