Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee endâtoâend import processes for groupage shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and delivery.
- Receive and process preâalert documentation (MAWB, HAWB, invoices, packing lists, manifests, freight invoices).
- Register files on logistics systems and ensure accurate data capture.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain shipping instructions and provide updates.
- Prepare and submit documentation required for customs clearance to brokerage partners.
- Manage transport arrangements, including pickâup and delivery documentation, EDI releases, SAD500, and proof of delivery.
- Prepare draft invoices, verify charges, and finalize billing in line with company procedures.
