of Duties:
Manage end to end import processCoordinate with shippers and forwarders to arrange shipmentsNegotiate logistics costs with forwardersPrepare, check, and validate shipping documentsBL, AWB, PIBPO, invoice, packing listCOA, COOCheck and validate HS codes, BPOM notifications, and Lartas requirementsArrange pre shipping inspections with KSOFollow up on inspection fee payments and send proof of paymentPrepare and submit SKI to BPOMFollow up on and handle issues related to SPPB and delivery to warehouseUpdate import monitoring status files for internal useRequirements
Education, Experience, Skill & Knowledge:
Minimum Bachelor Degree from commercial & business Studies /Administration / Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field 3-4 years of working experience in Shipping / Freight Forw...
