Client is seeking a Licensed Customs Broker / Import Manager to join its El Segundo team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional ready to take ownership of import operations while providing leadership, compliance oversight, and client management.

Position Overview

This role combines hands-on brokerage expertise with oversight of import operations. You will manage key accounts end-to-end while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and a high level of client service.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage import brokerage operations across multiple accounts

+ Oversee full-cycle account management (A–Z), including FDA-regulated shipments

+ Coordinate cargo release with carriers, CBP, and other government agencies
