Position Overview
Responsibilities - Coordinate daily delivery schedules, trucking movements, and shipment arrangements to ensure smooth operations.
- Liaise with shipping lines, depots, terminals, customers, and internal teams on container collection, release, and return matters.
- Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and relevant parties.
- Prepare job records, verify operational documents, and support billing processes upon job completion.
- Handle customer enquiries, maintain proper documentation, and assist with general operational coordination duties.
Requirements - GCE āNā Level and above
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, trucking, or freight operations.
- Familiar with PORTNET, TradeNet, and trip management systems
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
