Job scope - Prepare quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and related sales documents
- Coordinate import/export shipping documents and shipment arrangements
- Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, customers, and warehouse team
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery coordinationSupport payment follow-up and Letter of Credit (LC) documentation
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with trade procedures
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales team
