Job Summary:
The Import-Export Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring timely and compliance movement of marine-related cargo across international borders. This role involves issuing and coordinating documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking for marine spare parts, equipment, while coordinating internal departments to meet operational requirements.
Job Responsibilities: Arrange and track inbound/outbound shipments for airfreight and sea freight. Prepare shipping paperwork for both domestic and international shipments. Ensure items being shipped out of the warehouse comply with Hazmat and shipping regulations. Liaise with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs brokers for timely clearance and release of goods. Ensure accuracy in HS codes, Incoterms, and declarations in compliance.
