Our Bradford office is looking for a motivated, proactive and customer‑focused Import Air Freight Operator to join our growing team. The primary focus of the role is managing international air freight import shipments – supporting customers from quotation through to cargo release, while delivering a high standard of service at every stage.

Applicants must be based in the UK and eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Managing air freight import shipments from initial quotation to final delivery
• Liaising with overseas agents, airlines, carriers and customers worldwide
• Preparing and issuing quotations, ensuring BIFA Terms & Conditions are included
