Position Overview
Implementation Specialists at PC lead and manage the implementation of new groups. They work in a dynamic environment and as a team to process transactions related to the full implementation of a new group. This Customer Success role provides value to our clients through daily customer service, leveraging technology, communication skills, and responsiveness in order to ensure a positive client experience.
Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the effective implementation of assigned new groups onto one of our third‑party administration (TPA) platforms.
Work with the Account Manager, Underwriter and Consultant to acquire all material required for the installation.
Clarify information, resolve outstanding issues, examine and follow up on missing information.
Provide frequent updates to all applicable stakeholders during the implementation process.
