Overview

In this role, you will take ownership of high‑stakes projects, ensuring timely and flawless implementation for top‑tier banks. You will work directly with customers, leading end‑to‑end delivery of AdalFi’s solutions, be part of a collaborative team driving innovation in financial workflows, and play a critical role in optimizing banking operations, customer experiences, and product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all implementation phases, including pre‑UAT, UAT, production deployments, and post‑go‑live support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and ensuring professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, execute, and oversee UAT sessions with banks, resolving issues and ensuring readiness for production.
