About the Role

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation of our most strategic clients and delivering Implementation as a Service, training, workshops, and education sessions during customer engagements.

In addition to ensuring timely launch dates and high levels of customer satisfaction, this role will also take a leadership role in projects that bridge the divide between external stakeholders (the client), internal stakeholders (project team and other Spreedly business partners), and third‑party providers.

The person who fills this role will help lead complex, multi‑layered global implementations for Fortune 500 clients, acting as a strategic consultant to enable Spreedly’s infrastructure in support of the client's long‑term digital transformation goals.

The ideal candidate has a clear understanding of how the technology works, how systems integrate, project management, and the payments industry.
