Duties & Responsibilities Implementing the software at clients' premises Performing needs analysis and payroll setup to meet all statutory requirements (Tax, UIF, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, etc.) for RSA and Africa Clients (Angola, Nigeria, Swaziland) including the Middle East Consultations at clients involving problem-solving, providing advice on best practices, and supporting clients with payroll processes Assisting clients with Tax Year Ends and Mid-year Tax Year Recon involving and SARS E-filing Invoicing clients Compilation of consulting reports Managing own schedule and meeting monthly targets based on consulting, training, and support hours On-site training at client’s premises Providing telephone support to clients...
