In this hands-on, street-level role, you'll work alongside law enforcement to engage vulnerable individuals, build trust, and deliver immediate care and essential services in the community.

You’ll be part of a high-impact team focused on outreach, crisis support, and resource navigation, all while promoting dignity, self-determination, and long-term stability for individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance use issues.
