We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Family-Based Immigration Paralegal to join our team remotely. In this role, the paralegal will work closely with attorneys to prepare and manage family-based immigration cases from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file family-based immigration petitions and applications, including forms I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, and all related supporting documents
• Collect, review, and organize client documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Maintain and manage case files, deadlines, and follow-ups
