Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Preparation and submission of visa applications
Provision of staff assistance with work permits
Attending Visa interviews
Providing assistance as required to staff during travels
Updating and maintaining visa / work permit database for family and staff
Requirements:
+3 years PQE gained within a leading law firm or in-house in a similar role
Working knowledge of preparing and submitting visa applications
Experience of Employment Law highly desirable and an asset
Hands-on mentality, proactive and willingness to be on call out of hours
Fluent in English and Russian is desirable as well as French
Owing to the nature of our clients the quality of work produced is high level and the successful candidate must have attention to detail
