Our firm specializes in immigration litigation including Federal Court and IRB matters, inadmissibility, H&Cs, PRRAs, and other complex immigration files. Details of the opportunity

We are looking to hire an experienced associate lawyer to join our team, with a minimum of two years of experience in immigration and refugee law as a lawyer.

In addition, we are seeking the following qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) or LL.B degree and called to the Ontario bar.
• At minimum, two years of experience as an immigration lawyer, representing clients before the Federal Court and Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.
