Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), including RAD, RPD, IAD, and ID matters.
• Provide professional advice and prepare applications for refugee claims, appeals, and other immigration programs.
• Draft persuasive submissions, affidavits, and supporting documentation for complex cases.
• Conduct client consultations, assess eligibility, and recommend immigration strategies.
• Stay up to date with IRCC policies, Ministerial Instructions, and recent case law.
