Position Overview
Job Description - Act as a point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors.
- Manage office correspondence (receiving phone calls, emails, letters)
- Schedule appointments, booking of meeting rooms.
- Maintain filing systems and company records.
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are available and functioning.
- Coordinate with vendors, maintenance providers, and service contractors.
- Monitor office expenses and budgets.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Coordinate staff events and training sessions.
- Ensure company records are accurate and up to date.
