-(9 HOUR PER SHIFT AND 1 HOUR BREAKS )
-ABLE TO PHYSICAL WORK IN THE OFFICE AT MEDINI 7
-AVAILABLE TO START WORK BY OCT 2024
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-ENGAGE WITH CUSTOMERS COMMUNICATE THROUGH INBOUND CALL, LIVE CHAT AND EMAIL.
-PROVIDING CLEAR, ACCURATE INFORMATION ABOUT SERVICES AND RESOLVING QUESTIONS RELATED TO RIDE BOOKINGS, DELIVERIES, AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT.
-DOCUMENT AND REPORT CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS AND FEEDBACK.
-WORK WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO ADDRESS COMPLEX ISSUES AND ENSURE EFFECTIVE RESOLUTION
-ENSURE THAT ALL RECORDS ARE UP-TO-DATE...
