Position Overview
-Ensure smooth daily activities and service processes.
-Monitor KPIs, achieve targets, and support marketing.
-Resolve escalations and warranty issues promptly.
-Schedule, guide, and supervise staff for policy compliance.
-Track stock, coordinate logistics, and prepare reports.
Skills requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in any related course
-with 2 years of experience in retail operations and inventory management
-with 2 years of experience in people management and sales management
-willing to work in Plazuela De Iloilo
