**Job Summary**

+ Assemble and test medical devices in a cleanroom environment
+ Work with small parts using microscopes for most of the shift

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Follow detailed assembly instructions and SOPs
+ Use microscopes, hand tools, calipers, and micrometers
+ Perform visual inspection of small components
+ Report quality or process issues
+ Maintain a clean and safe workspace
+ Support team training and production needs (including overtime)

**Essential Skills**

+ 6+ months of small part assembly with microscope
+ Ability to work under a microscope ~90% of the time
+ Strong attention to detail and precision
+ Good communication skills
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Willingness to work in a cleanroom and on 2nd shift with overtime
