• Prefer Candidates with immediate availability
• Full-time, Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm
• 100% outpatient
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Patients average age in early 30 s. less than 1% children, or Geriatric
• Transitioning to EPIC EMR as of March1, 2023
• Active and clear Illinois license required
