Lead and develop 13 GSR based in Thailand (11) and in Vietnam (2) Own Material flow and Packaging for new program across AAT FTM1 FTM2 FVL KDC Accountable for end-to-end material flow execution, from supplier delivery at unloading docks through storage, complexity containment, and delivery to production line-side, ensuring optimal space utilization and flow efficiency. Lead packaging development with Tier 1 suppliers, including review, approval, and guidance of packaging designs in compliance with Ford standards, with focus on quality, cost, and sustainability. LQOS Deliverables IMG MFPE Launch to no RED Ensure PKG >95% FTT for EPT build validations. No aging AIMs. No lead to quality issues.
