St. Luke’s Health System is seeking an IHT Process Manager - Asset Management to join our Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team.
This role is responsible for the end‑to‑end design, execution, and continuous improvement of IT asset management lifecycle processes across hardware, software, and clinical device technologies. The IHT Process Manager ensures ITIL‑aligned asset management practices are designed, implemented, governed, and measured within the ServiceNow platform, supporting the broader IT and health system asset management strategy.
The IHT Process Manager partners closely with business and IT and business stakeholders to ensure processes are consistently executed, documented, and adopted.
