• Configure IFS modules aligned with business and process requirements.
• Provide system support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Lead/support IFS solution rollout s across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align enterprise processes and drive user adoption through training.
• Support governance and standardization of global IFS process templates across ICTSI business units.
