As a valued member of the IDU team, you will oversee the end-to-end process for handling requests related to Communications Data. Your responsibilities include:
Ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality and operational security standards Managing requests for witness statements, producing statements and accompanying exhibits as needed Representing Three UK in court proceedings when required Providing first-line technical system support and troubleshooting for stakeholders Developing and maintaining expertise in relevant systems for retrieving and disclosing communication data Understanding Three’s products and services to assess their impact on IDU operational efficiency Maintaining accurate records for audit trails and operational effectiveness measurement Collaborating with colleagues across the business, particularly the Data Protection team S...
