Mandatory possession of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized medical institution; online or distance learning degrees are strictly rejected.
Strict requirement to hold an active and valid DOH (Department of Health Abu Dhabi) Registered Nurse License, or a fully verified DOH Eligibility Letter.
Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 3 to 5 years of continuous, high-volume clinical experience actively managing crashing patients in an Intensive Care Unit.
Responsibilities
Take full clinical control of highly unstable patients, continuously monitoring complex life-support equipment and administering critical intravenous medications under extreme time constraints.
Navigate strict hospital safety protocols, ensuring all patient vital signs and surgical notes are flawlessly logged into the Epic Systems Electronic Health Record (EHR).
