a ICT Project Manager – Residential to assist the relevant (Wholesale and CBU) business units with the successful delivery of connectivity services. The Project Manager will ensure full lifecycle coordination of infrastructure deployment, including FWA, FTTH, and wholesale ISP customer orders.

• Fixed Line FTTH, FWA, WiFi Residential Order Processing
• E2E Coordination of Infrastructure Projects associated with Fixed Line Orders
• Vendor Capacity and Performance Management
• Regional Inventory forecasting & distribution to service the customer demand
• Accurate Tracking and Reporting of Infrastructure projects and updating ISP Client Orders
• Achieve mean time to install (MTTI) objectives
• Manage escalations and feedback to customer complaints related to fixed line delivery
• Stakeholder management and Manco representative for Residential Delivery
