Position Overview
Main Purpose of the Job
To lead, manage, and deliver ICT projects in accordance with the NLC’s Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies and governance frameworks. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, supporting the organisation’s modernisation and digital transformation objectives.
Salary Scale
Minimum Requirements: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP®), PRINCE2®, or Agile/Scrum certification (required).
- ITIL or COBIT 2019 certification (advantageous).
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ ICT project management experience.
- At least 3 years in a senior project management or PMO environment.
