Job DescriptionPlease note this is a full time, temporary position for 24 months.To assist in the provision in the day to day administration of service requests to the IT Service Desk, first tier support of fault reports, procurement of ICT goods and services, liaison with external suppliers and 3rd party hardware and software support agencies. Log service requests in the call tracking and service desk system and resolve or allocate to relevant teams and staff for action.
