Job Description

Intercompany RTR Senior Analyst is responsible for managing and reconciling financial transactions between 3M entities, focusing on moderate to semi-complex entities. This role ensures the accuracy and completeness of intercompany accounting records in compliance with internal policies (e.g., GFS) and accounting standards. The analyst collaborates closely with internal teams across multiple geographies to support month-end close, reporting, reconciliation, and audit processes. He/she will also be part of the Global ICO RTR COE based in the Philippines.
