Role

The purpose of this job is to manage the maintenance area in the factory, providing optimal infrastructure and improving production facilities in terms of flexibility, capital input, operating costs and performance. The job includes the end‑to‑end delivery of the site maintenance plans in a safe and effective way, managing maintenance teams and day‑to‑day maintenance systems, KPIs and programs, leading a team of electrical, mechanical, controls and cybersecurity business leaders/technicians, maintenance planners and additional technical operators in the safe and efficient repair and maintenance of the facility, utilities and production equipment for the entire factory for all shifts.
