About the Position

The role is a Spanish language channel marketing position within the EMEA marketing team at T. Rowe Price, reporting to the Head of Southern Europe Marketing. The focus is on building asset growth and brand awareness in Spain and Latin America by engaging intermediary channels and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage events schedule and design, plan, and execute third‑party and hosted events from start to finish in line with budget.
• Develop ad hoc marketing materials to satisfy internal and external client needs.
• Own content distribution through owned and third‑party channels, gathering metrics to assess ROI and evolve strategy.
• Partner with SMMs to plan and execute Spain media plans.
• Plan, execute, and measure effective marketing activity across the full marketing mix with a digital and data‑first mindset.
• Manage relationships with local journalists to support brand positioning.
