:IBCM Business Management is responsible for a wide range of activities to support the effective current functioning and setting the future direction of the business. This involves annual financial planning, forecasting, budget setting, financial review activity, collecting and managing new business demand to achieve cost targets. Business Management plays a key role in governance and adherence to a variety of regulations and procedures via close liaison with control functions. Liaison with other areas of the Bank on IT, Operations, Human Resource, Group Communications and Facility Management related topics.
