About the Role

As a IAM Integration Engineer within the Workforce IAM team, you’ll play a pivotal role in modernising Swiss Re’s identity landscape. You will be the bridge between application teams and strategic IAM platforms, guiding, assessing and driving the onboarding of applications to Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud . This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role where your technical expertise, structured thinking and communication skills directly contribute to a safer, more scalable identity ecosystem.
