Job role: IAM IDM Component Lead
Years of experience: 10+
Location: Bengaluru
Work mode: Hybrid
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 8+ years of experience doing identity life cycle management with IDM.
Extensive knowledge of AM and DS.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, …)
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Java Script, Groovy).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Experience with Azure AD is a plus.
Relevant certifications in IAM or security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
What you'll do:
Ensure clean technical solutions for identity lifecycle management.
Make improvement suggestions towards are current IDM setup.
