Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives, scope, and success criteria for the IAM migration.
• Analyze existing IAM configurations, policies, and data structures in AWS.
• Document current-state and future-state IAM architectures, including user roles, permissions, and authentication flows.
• Identify data dependencies, transformation requirements, and potential risks during migration.
• Work with engineering and security teams to ensure IAM policies align with compliance and governance standards in the private cloud.
• Develop and maintain detailed migration plans, process flows, and requirement specifications.
