Batch Operation Support to BAU operation and project for ActiveBatch, GoAnywhere and Tectia etc (40% to 60%)
Perform batch job deployment
Perform batch job configure update
Perform batch job execution and recovery
Participate and actively contribute in solution discussion for batch requirement (20% to 30%)
Engineer to leverage on platform and available capability to optimize operation efficiency (20% to 30%)
Support application deployment (10% to 20%)
All the support activities shall strictly follow established process
Follow the duty roaster to standby for out-of-office hour support
Support 24x7 operations when required, including: a. Production incident resolution b. Application deployment to production environment c. Platform patch in all environments d. Project cutover support e. Important service request upon manager approval
