We are currently seeking a Hypercare consultant to join our team in bangalore, KarnΔtaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Experience: 5 years of corporate IT, desktop support, or system administration experience. Core Skills: VDI , Windows 365 cloud PC support experience ServiceNow , Jira , Incident management and end user support VDI/cloud PC migration experience Troubleshooting experience of Windows 10/11 , desktop applications Experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory and basic cloud concepts. Understanding of Microsoft Intune , Azure , cloud PC monitoring.
