Salary: £36,000 – £45,000 Per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (with flexibility required)

About the Role

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are seeking an experienced and proactive Hygiene Supervisor to lead our hygiene function within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment based between York and Leeds. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and compliance across the site are consistently achieved.

As a 24/7 operation, flexibility is essential. While core hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, you will occasionally be required to work outside of these hours to support the night team and oversee critical cleaning activities.
