Position Overview
The job responsibilities for this position include:
Hygiene Management & Compliance
- Implement and monitor HACCP guidelines and ensure full compliance with local health regulations
- Conduct regular hygiene audits across the kitchen storage and back-of-house areas
- Train all culinary and stewarding staff on hygiene standards and food safety procedures
- Lead external inspections and coordinate corrective actions as needed
- Maintain up-to-date records of sanitation logs temperature checks and pest control activities
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on the stewarding side Fire & Chemical related.
Stewarding Operations
- Oversee all stewarding areas including dishwashing pot washing and kitchen cleaning schedules
- Ensure cleaning routines and sanitation standards are consistently maintained across all kitchens
