Minimum 2 years' Experience in similar capacity in International Chain Hotel / relevan fieldGraduate in Food Technology Major or microbiology, or Public Health (food safety and nutrition)Certified in HACCP, or ISO 22000Strong leadership SkillSelf-Driven, willing to hard work & able to work under pressureGood analytical thinking & technology savvyFlexibility with working hoursFacilitating skills & good interpersonal skillsGood proficiency in English both written & spoken
