We are currently recruiting Hygiene Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced production environment. This is a temp-to-perm (T2P) role, offering the opportunity to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks, subject to performance.
Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning machinery and factory areas using jet washers and specialist chemicals
Maintaining high hygiene standards across the site (excluding toilet areas)
Working in environments that may be cold, hot, or involve exposure to blood
Following all health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
Previous hygiene or cleaning experience within industrial settings (e.g. factories, warehouses, or offices) is preferred
Must hold a valid driving licence due to shift patterns and location
