Hygiene Operative – Haverfordwest (Evening Shift)

We’re recruiting Hygiene Operatives to join a specialist food-processing environment in Haverfordwest. This is not a standard warehouse role, you’ll be working in a highly regulated production site where cleanliness, safety, and attention to detail are essential.

What you’ll be doing

Deep-cleaning duties across production areas
Cleaning machinery, equipment, and workspaces
Following strict hygiene, food safety, and health & safety procedures
Working independently and as part of a team to maintain high standards
Hours

Monday to Thursday
4pm – 1am (four-day working week)
Travel

Due to the rural location, you must have your own transport.

Pay

£13.66 per hour with £17.07 after 40 hours
Rising to £14.14 after 12 weeks with £17.67 after 40 hours
