**Pay Rate: $** **16.01hr**

**Shift: 8am – 5pm (Mon-Thurs onsite, Fri Remote)**

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Update logs, database, and files
+ Prepares check requests
+ Performs research as required for projects and follows up on requested projects
+ Requests information and documents from the applicable municipality, following up on requests and clarifying conformation information when necessary
+ Obtains current zoning and pulling applicable code sections from municipality zoning ordinances
+ Works on standard issues/problems.
+ Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
