A progressive UK law firm is looking to appoint an English Qualified Solicitor (1-3 years' PQE) to join its Contentious Private Client team in Edinburgh.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor looking to develop a specialist practice within private client disputes, working alongside an experienced and supportive team on a broad range of complex matters.

You will advise individuals, executors, trustees and families on a variety of contentious private client matters, while also gaining exposure to wider litigation work connected to wealth, estates and succession planning.

Drafting legal documentation, pleadings and witness statements

Conducting legal research and preparing advice for clients

Working closely with colleagues across litigation and private client teams

1-3 years’ PQE within litigation or dispute resolution
