Job Description
The Logistics Coordinator oversees the administration, coordination, and execution of domestic and international shipping services. This role focuses on reviewing and preparing import and export documentation, ensuring all customs and shipping papers are accurate and complete, and supporting timely, compliant movement of goods across multiple modes of transport. The Logistics Coordinator also collaborates closely with carriers, internal teams, and international partners to resolve shipping issues, manage high-volume case queues, and provide end-to-end shipment tracking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare, review, and edit import and export documents, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, packing slips, airway bills, and shipping labels, to ensure accurate routing of international shipments.
