Description
The HR Services Coordinator will hold a pivotal position providing transactional HR support to employees and leaders.
The HR Services Coordinator will also be responsible for providing users with easy, searchable, and relevant information in the form of Knowledge Articles.
The purpose of this position is to provide an excellent customer experience from end-to-end in many aspects of HR including onboarding, career development, payroll & benefit administrative tasks, performance management, and offboarding.
This position is customer service based and focused on delivering service results to the workforce.
Review incoming HR Service requests and complete or delegate to other assignment groups as applicable
Data input into payroll system including earnings, deductions, job change workflows.
Working collaboratively with other HR Service Team Members in ensuring that Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe is being met.
