Refrigeration & HVAC Systems
Undertake troubleshooting, maintenance, and system know-how for refrigeration (DX and Transcritical CO2 systems) and HVAC equipment across retail stores and distribution centres. Apply technical skills to support energy efficiency initiatives under the Energy Team. Perform brazing works when required. Guide technicians in troubleshooting refrigeration and HVAC issues. Coordinate and deliver preventive maintenance activities for assigned outlets. Participate in monthly standby duties, including troubleshooting and rectification during standby hours.
Work Order & Call Centre Coordination Receive jobs via centralised call centre, communicate instructions clearly to stakeholders, and ensure timely completion. Perform proper job closure updates in the system for operational visibility. Ensure required parts are ordered promptly and communicated to the One Stop Shop (OSS) team to avoid delays
