What You'll Make - $35-$50/hr base (based on real experience - not talk)
- + 5%-10% commission on system replacements
- + Bonuses on add-ons (IAQ, upgrades, accessories)
- Realistic total: $100K - $150K+
If you're good at both service AND recommending systems, you will earn.
